Tomato & Black Truffle Pasta (Serves 2)

This is a simple recipe that promises to elevate your weeknight dinner.

250g prawns, clean and deshelled
2 tbspn of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
200g fusilli (or any pasta of choice)
2/3 jar of Craft Truffles’ Tomato & Black Truffle Pasta sauce
Grana Padano, shaved
a sprig of fresh basil leaves

Tomato & Black Truffle Prawn Pasta (Serves 2)


1. Boil water and cook the pasta until al-dente (according to recommended timing on the pasta pack). Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add prawns and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the prawn turns pink.

3. Stir in garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.

4. Pour in the pasta sauce and add in the cooked linguine.

5. Remove from heat and plate the pasta.

6. Add a generous shaving of Grana Padano and garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves. Serve warm.
