Ingredients: 

500g pork spareribs
2 tbsp Craft Truffles’ black truffle salsa
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp corn starch
spring onions, finely chopped (optional)

Steamed spareribs with black truffle salsa

Instructions

1. Marinate the pork in the truffle sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice wine and corn starch for at least 2 hours or overnight.

2. Place in serving dish and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.

3. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
