Spicy Truffle Deviled Eggs (serves 6)

With a lively kick from the spice and the flavour bomb from the truffle, these deviled eggs will bring a punch to your next party. They’ll definitely get everyone talking!

6 large eggs (room temperature)
45g Craft Truffles’ Spicy Truffle mayonnaise
15g Dijon mustard
10g apple cider vinegar (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika and chives for garnish

RECIPE: Spicy Truffle Deviled Eggs


  1. Place eggs in a saucepan; add water to cover the eggs. Bring to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and stand for 12- 15 minutes in the water.
  2. Drain water and immediately run eggs in cold water and ice.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut the hard boiled eggs lengthwise, carefully remove yolks.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Fill each egg white with approximately 1.5 teaspoon of egg yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
