Ingredients:
6 large eggs (room temperature)
45g Craft Truffles’ Spicy Truffle mayonnaise
15g Dijon mustard
10g apple cider vinegar (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika and chives for garnish
RECIPE: Spicy Truffle Deviled Eggs
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a saucepan; add water to cover the eggs. Bring to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and stand for 12- 15 minutes in the water.
- Drain water and immediately run eggs in cold water and ice.
- Peel the eggs and cut the hard boiled eggs lengthwise, carefully remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill each egg white with approximately 1.5 teaspoon of egg yolk mixture.
- Garnish with paprika, if desired.
