Parmesan and white truffle oil pasta (serves 2 to 3)

Try this simple yet delicate pasta dish for a lux dinner at home.

Cook Time: 15 mins

250 gm of linguine (or any pasta of choice)
1.5 tablespoon of Craft Truffles’ white truffle olive oil
80 gm of parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon of Craft Truffles’ truffle slices (optional)

Parmesan and white truffle oil pasta


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions, till al dente.
2. Strain the linguine in a colander, reserving some of the pasta water.
3. Place a large skillet on medium heat and bring half a cup of pasta water to a simmer.
4. Reduce heat to low, toss the cooked linguine and parmesan cheese to create the sauce.
5. Stir until all the cheese melts, adding a touch of pasta water if the sauce is too dry.
6. Add white truffle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with truffle slices and serve immediately.
