Panna Cotta with Black Truffle Honey (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
480ml heavy cream
240ml full cream milk
1 vanilla bean split (or vanilla extract)
6gm gelatin
40g Craft Truffles’ Acacia honey with black truffle
blackberries (optional)

Panna Cotta with Black Truffle Honey (Serves 4)

Instructions

1. In a large pot, combine the milk, heavy cream and vanilla bean, then stir in sugar.

2. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.

3. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

4. Pour the mixture equally into 4 ramekins, chill overnight and serve with a drizzle of truffle honey, and crumbled blackberries (optional).
