Korean Truffled Corn Cheese (serves 2)

Recreate this popular Korean side dish at home with this simple recipe.

Cook Time: 15 mins

1 can of whole kernel corn, strained
½ cup Craft Truffles’ Truffle mayonnaise
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ cup mozzarella
salt and pepper to taste

Korean Truffled Corn Cheese (serves 2)


1. Preheat the oven to 200˚celcius.

2. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to mix well.

3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.

4. Bake corn cheese for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat through.

5. After 10 minutes, switch the oven to broiler setting to let the cheese and bubbly and charred on top. Serve immediately.
